Theta Chi is very good here. Their membership is too random to be considered in the same class as the top 3 or 4 fraternities, but they're right below that. Easily top 25%. Girls like them because they're nice guys. They have very powerful alumni.

What other fraternities are portrayed like that? I mean like nice guys that girls enjoy being around and aren't uncomfortable

Don't take it to mean that girls are uncomfortable at any of the other fraternities. Let's say you've got the 'top half' fraternities and the 'bottom half' fraternities based on prestige and reputation. Of the top half fraternities, Theta Chi, Pi Kappa, maybe KA, maybe Phi Delta, maybe Phi Kappa Tau are considered to be more down to earth, laid back and not so full of themselves. While none of those are among the top three or four fraternities based on prestige or reputation, they are all very good and you won't make a mistake by joining one. Everybody in the top half here is really good.
