big/little

Just wondering if big/little is a big thing in other fraternities on campus? Like how long into the program does it happen and what are some things you guys do to get to know potential littles? Is it really serious or is it just someone you're cool with?

It happens towards the end of the process, and yes it's very big deal. This will be the guy that helps you grow as an individual and further brings you into the fraternity.

It's a big deal. Unfortunately not every big little pairing is as close as they should be and they drift
