Top: PIKE/ Delt/ Phi Sig
Upper: Phi Tau/ Phi Delt/ ATO
Upper-Mid: Theta Chi/ Pi Kapp/ KS=KA
Mid: Chi Phi/ Sig Ep/ ZBT
Rest doesn't really matter.
Top: Have consistently shown out, best parties and sorority relations.
Upper: Good parties, good sorority relations.
Upper-Mid: Have been doing well with parties, all on the rise.
Mid: Still struggling with housing, except ZBT. Overall solid progression, just not 'there' yet. Chi Phi has dropped, because of their troubles.

Lmao. Drop Kappa Squid down a tier, maybe throw KA and Pi Kapp down as well and put ATO on the level of Theta Chi, and you might have a list. Drop Sig Ep and ZBT down as well, they're still not into the proper middle tier.
