fall 2015 tiers

Top: Pike/Phi Sig/Delt
Upper: Phi Tau/ATO/Theta Chi/KA/PiKapp/Phi Delt
Middle: Chi Phi/Sig Ep/ZBT/Kappa Sig
Lower Middle: AEPi/SAE
Bottom: TKE/Sigma Pi/Phi Psi/Delta Chi/Beta/FIJI/ADPhi

Top: All 3 are undisputed top 3. Order doesnt really matter

Upper: All of these fraternities consistently make good strides. They have popular parties and tailgates and pregames. Some negatives to think about is KA not really caring and not being involved, ATO not really caring about campus involvement. I dont really hear anything negative about Phi Tau. Theta Chi and PiKapp are pretty consistent as well. Phi Delt has negatives and positives, you either like them or you dont.

Middle: Chi Phi was doing really well last year but their hazing allegations this semester might have been a drawback. Itll be interesting to see how they turn it around. Kappa Sig made moves last year buying the old Sigma Chi house but they're in a weird transition period with some weird brothers and some cool ones. They have good tailgates and parties. Sig Ep and ZBT are known as the nice guys and dont really give a creepy vibe to girls. Sig Ep was always pretty established in the middle tier but hasnt done anything to break into upper. ZBT totally changed over the past 2 years so itll be interesting to see how this next year goes for them.

Would push ZBT down to lower mid and Pi Kapp down to Mid. Pi Kapp has had a good year but in the same way we waited before calling Chi Phi anything above mid I'm thinking Pi Kapp needs the same. Their guys are still generally mid tier. You can make strides without automatically being promoted up
