Nonr of them are suspended, they're all on IDA which is like a temporary probation while they're investigated. I'd bet Chi Phi and Delt stay on campus, Phi Tau's a little iffy.

Delt won't end up suspended but this will probably end up hurting them for other reasons. Delt won't get killed by the school, but they may not be able to hang onto the top tier. So it's a legitimate question. Who takes their place? KA, Theta Chi? Kappa Smig? Who is best positioned to compete against Pike and Phi Sig? My money is on Phi Delt, better than you think.

For new tiers, the fraternities that dont own a house already would be likely to get one.
chi phi and delt are in the worst situation currently, they'd be most likely to lose their houses. The fraternities that dont have houses are sig ep, aepi, theta chi, tke, phi psi, adphi, and delta chi

sig ep owns land in heritage already but could buy a house, theta chi is building a house, aepi just bought a fence and is getting turf, tke has a fence but could move to a house unlikely though. Unnamed fraternities are working on different houses or are facing IDA. this leaves sig ep, tke, phi psi, adphi, and delta chi. delta chi is very small though so they may not be able to afford it. I'd imagine the fraternities that would be most likely to change in tier would be be sig ep, tke, phi psi, adphi, and delta chi because they're most likely to get a new house
