Not sure if Chi Phi is moving down, but ATO definitely has been on a downward trend, as has Phi Sig.

Definitely ZBT and Sig Ep moving in right direction. In my opinion, ATO's moving down.

Theta Chi and Sig Ep announced new houses during rush, so the kids they attracted were of higher caliber.

Chi Phi won the President's Cup, so the kids they attracted were of higher caliber.

Phi Tau was still riding on the Oasis hype, and the kids they attracted were of higher caliber.
