what is ddd like here?

Hi so I'm already an initiated Tri Delta from another school and was considering transferring here next year. I was wondering what kind of house they're like here. What is their reputation? Are the top, middle, or bottom tier? Are they nice? Do you take academics seriously? I appreciate any feed back! Thanks!!

Top tier here no doubt. Made moves last couple of years. Gorgeous, fun, cool. IDK about grades either way but they are great here.
