Doesn't matter. We usually already know who we're going to ask back before the night begins. Unless you are an A+ pnm or have friends in a sorority, you are most likely not being called back. Start getting ready so you can shine in a convo and also getting to know more girls in sororities.

No not all houses operate like that.
Spring is much more selective in all houses and in top houses in general due to the limited spots open. If you know girls in a house you are interested in it does help.

Informal is more selective since there are only a couple spots for a few sororities. You have better chances if you know girls in certain sororities and ask them to speak for you. Otherwise, it's incredibly hard. I've been through informal before and in my opinion, it's harder than just going through formal
