"Work for lxa alumni" posted before that LXA is selling their house. I asked at the law firm and I was told absolutely not. LXA expects to be back in their house but not sure when.
My cousin was in student affairs office here while he was in grad school. He said there were four previous #1 fraternities that got kicked off and came back: Pike, SAE. ATO, Sig Ep. He said Pike and ATO regained top tier status almost immediately. SAE and Sig Ep never have quite made it back. LXA and Sigma Chi can either come back strong or an average middle tier fraternity.

You don't know what you're talking about. The people in charge of LXA's return don't want the chapter to go past 100 brothers. They credit the house and too large of a brotherhood as to why the got out of hand. And it's not LXA that owns it, it is owned by a LXA alumni who doesn't really care anymore.

And also they are not selling it as of yet, the fraternity in it currently has exclusive rights to buy it at market value when their current lease ends.

They should not and will not be allowed back on campus this soon afterwards. They weren't simply kicked off for hazing or something.
