I heard Chi Phi made their pledges deliver pizza all night without pay. One of the pledges turned them in because he listened to a Bernie Sanders speech, and thought he deserved at least $15 an hour. Chi Phi has been able to compete with the big boys (Dominoes/Pizza Hut) for all these years because they have virtually no labor costs due to strong pledge classes over the last few years. It's a shame that they have to suspend business. It was my favorite place to get pizza.
