by: Go Noles!What's the deal with all this talk about so many fraternities switching houses? ATO trying to find a new place? Sigma Pi taking Delt? Where would DelT go? SAE trying to knock down and rebuild? When is Sig Ep starting construction? Theta Chi's problem with their sinking shack? Fiji no longer taking back their house from Phi Sig? Where is Beta's house? I don't know which of these is true or not and I'm not saying they are true, I am just looking for clarification. I promise I'm not trying to troll here or stir up drama, but I'm just curious because so many rumors are flying around about numerous different fraternities.

Sigep isn't building. It was a lie during rush. They do own the lot next to phi delt but they aren't starting to build anytime soon.
Beta has no house. Theta Chi is still looking for land and in the planning stages. SAE bought the house next to pikapp and is going to do renovations soon

Doesn't Fiji actually own the house and Phi Sig is just renting from Fiji? That's what I'd heard, anyway.

Yea I heard FIJI owns the house but I've heard that Phi Sig is buying it, I've also heard though that they're not and getting kicked out. Pretty much just conflicting stories

It's up to fiji if they want it or not. Might be better to buy property and build a newer better house but it's up to fiji not phi sig because it is in fact Fiji's house

I figured that one wasn't true since Sigma Pi already has a house but I heard the Delt house has major foundation problems
