fsu transfer, new to greek life

Are traditional sororities (panhellenic) open to mixed races? I've noticed such sororities are mainly white girls....
and how much is it in dues for a sorority? hundreds? thousands?

Yes--all day long!
It is expensive, though. I think there are listed costs on one of the FSU Panhel sites. I"m sure they do payment plans but sororities can cost upwards of $2-3k a year, but bear in mind that includes a lot of meals, clothing, etc. so you'd just not do a meal plan and figure that is a part of your meals.
