re rushing

So am I allowed to rush different houses in the spring if I dropped from a fraternity this fall before being initiated?

I've heard that they recently changed that rule now. For sororities you have to wait till fall and I think it is the same for fraternities now.

I don't believe there are any rules to prevent fraternities from rushing any FSU student anytime they want. I'm sure fraternities would object if someone tried to restrict them.
