There is no singular top house. ZTA and KD have both worked really hard to be where they are, and deserve their status. DG, while still really highly ranked, is just not top this year, they are working on their rep, and could possibly move back up, but need a serious attitude adjustment. DDD I wouldn't say is any better than DG (yet), this year will tell, they have been doing great and as long as they continue this trend, they may in the future significantly surpass DG, but for now they are pretty equal. Theta is slightly ahead of AXO, but this could change, both houses have been getting great PC's and this rank could be argued by some, but is generally accepted. PiPhi has been doing great, but pushing me the self ranks a little too hard. We do notice how much you've improved, but everyone else has been improving too, keeping you at your same rank. ADPi is ahead of PiPhi, sorry. The next level is XO DZ and PhiMu, which are generally accepted int hat order, but I personally think DZ and PhiMu can be interchanged based on preference. Alpha Phi while new, made strides this year with their PC, GPhiB, I'm not sure if they're just ignored or underrated, but have kind of stayed in the same place, sorry. (Everyone's improving, so to seriously make a change in your rank, you have to do A LOT) kappa is getting better slowly and made it onto this level. SDT and AOPi are equals, AOPi got a new house
