Chi Phi for sure isn't on par with PiKapp. They had a good year but PiKapp has been consistently good for quite a few years, one good year for Chi Phi doesn't put them that high

Because everyone on this website has to get all butthurt I would RESPECTFULLY disagree as an outsider that delt is a little better than phi sig, phi delt is a little better than theta chi, and kappa sig is a little better than chi phi. Not to take anything away from the latter organizations but based on parties, the actual boys, other social events, I think that's the truth for now

I'd agree with "eh", except that I wouldn't say Phi Delt > Theta Chi or Kappa Sig > Chi Phi. I think in both cases the first fraternity has a better house and the second has better involvement/reputation. I'd say those two factors in both cases end up equalling out.

Idgaf about Theta Chi or Phi Delt, but I don't think ATO is on either of their levels. These days they have more in common with KA/PiKapp than Phi Delt.

I could see Kappa Sig being lowered, but Phi Delt has a massive house and pulls top harder than Theta Chi. That's make it:
