First of all you all sound idiotic because this is an anonymous site. I've been told I'm an axo, theta, phi mu, dg, and a zeta. I can't be in them all can I? Not every thing on this site is a promo, but I've noticed anything positive about certain groups will be taken that way.
Theta was mid not long ago as well and ddd had a big fall from top recently. To act like axo isn't near them is stupid. About as stupid as trying to say zeta isn't top.
Different houses appeal to different types of girls. But ddd axo and theta all recruit exceptionally similar types of girls so that point isn't valid.
I'm happy for all three of those sororities that they've done so well in the past couple of years to even out the playing field so much. Just being honest.

I prefed at DDD AXO and Theta which makes me proof they recruit the same type of girl. I had the hardest time choosing between these houses I actually flipped a coin three times to choose which house. This shows they were all on the same level in the new rush class' mind.

Tons of girls preffed these three, mixed in with top houses as well. But logic won't be taken well on this site.

Return rates do not necessarily equate to quality but more to quantity. Different houses appeal to different types of girls. Keep that in mind.
