Phi Tao is a good fraternity but it's kind of a stretch to put them in the same tier as Pike and Delt. I haven't see a lot of Delts lately but they have a great name, on the same level as Pike. I have seen the Pike pledges and just based on looks they're not losing any ground.
I'd put Phi Tau in that second group. And maybe give SAE a break and lift them up one level.

Move Axo up
Move Gamma phi in front of kappa

No Phi Tau goes down a level. Not a shot they're top 4. Pi Kapp goes up one they're definitely better than middle tier. ZBT goes up to middle tier too, they're better than SAE or AEPi but are just under/around Chi Phi and Kappa Sig

We HAVE earned our way up and it hasn't been easy. It's just nice to hear from someone outside the fraternity.
