Agree with everything but I think theta chi rises a good bit and ka continues to decline because they are nonexistent and just suck.

TKE, DX, Fiji, Sig Pi had their houses open on the last day of rush all day

Had their houses open for a few hours on the lat day. Every other fraternity house closed at some point day 3. That indicates that the houses listed are lower mid / bot, so I expect further KA irrelevancy and no major jump from Sig Ep or Kappa Sig. They're still lower mid.

Fraternities don't give out bids on the last day. You keep the house open for like an hour just in case someone was sitting on the bid and wanted to accept it.

I went to one of those houses you listed that had the door open all night. They told me I couldn't rush since I hadn't been there. They were only open for sitting bids and last minute interviews for guys who missed a night

The rush finished so not really. It's mostly how you do the previous rush that matters. Some scandals/probation can change things up but thats why its a prediction.
