I am in an upper tier and agree that theta... although they are rising each year... is not above DDD or DG.

And I feel that gamma isn't given enough credit, it's like someone put them in a lower tier and it just stuck.. but why?? they have some beautiful girls and a really great sisterhood. They are definitely above kappa and sig delt... and possibly even DZ.

No to the comment about gphi, they are nice but they are right where the op put them tbh.

I feel the same about gamma phi, that just randomly happened. They have been declining but not nearly as much as people have put. I'd say after the good rush dz had this year they are the same as dz, dz may be ahead.

LOL Alpha phi. Better than pi phi? Not even close. Switch Pi phi and alpha phi. Theta is not top tier yet. Gamma phi is WAY too low. They did not drop that much yet. Move gamma phi up behind dz or at least in front of kappa.
