fraternities that ban pledging

So I've been doing some research and I think there are 3 fraternities at FSU that ban pledging? SAE, Sigma Phi Epsilon, and ZBT. Is that right? Any others? What do they do instead of the whole pledge thing?

They all "pledge". Pledging is the most fun you never want to have again. Stop being a whimp.
