What are the tiers for rankings? Who's on top here and who's moving up ? If anyone could rank that would be great. Thanks

Top: Phi Sig/Pike/Delt
Upper: Phi Tau/ATO/Theta Chi/Phi Delt/KA
Middle: Sig Ep/Pi Kapp/ ZBT/Kappa Sig/Chi Phi
Lower: SAE/AEPi
Bottom: Sigma Pi/Phi Psi/ Delta Chi/ TKE/ ADPhi/Beta/FIJI

They're pretty interchangeable between each "tier" which most people would agree on. This is probably the most accurate list for Fall 2015 before IFC Rush right now

Pike should be first. But this is a really accurate list.
You could make the case if you wanted to that 'Top' and 'Upper' are all in the same general ball park.
