bid day video

Adpi- I like their sidewalk painting and their theme was cute with the suns. Their new class was below what I would expect from adpi, at least what I saw in the video. It was ok, too much panning above and jerking motions. Short enough to tolerate and looked like they were having fun. Not the best made but looked like a fun bidday. Always loved adpi.
Aopi- Better timing than adpis, easier to watch. I think the music goes better. Liked the roses falling from the stairwell shot. Started off kind of forced but by the end seemed more natural and fun. The focusing on the front of the shirt several times was kind of weird. Liked the ending, was smiling by the end. Looks fun and real, less pressure to be perfect.

DDD- So tired of this song. The girls look uncomfortable dancing in the beginning. Not sure if that's a good thing that they feel so weird being fake for the camera or if they should have chosen different girls lol. The new members looked cute. Liked the color saturation switch with the music and the trampoline shots. Girls just seemed less excited. I know this wasn't a professional video though so it makes sense.
DZ- Liked all the hugging shots, thats what I want to see when I watch a bidday video. I want to see girls happy to reach their new home and sisters to meet their new family. Not just girls dancing. Girl confused about how to do the sign was funny. Liked the bidday black shirts and the rain shots. Song was too slow though, and too many "artsy" type shots. Girls weren't as excited but the new members were a step up for dz it looked like. Really bad nonexistent ending.
Kappa- Not my favorite sorority but I LOVE their bidday shirts, very cute. Like the headbands too. It's got some awkward, boring moments. Loved the hugging shots again, especially with the girl crying. The house mom dancing with them was a cute addition. Looked like they got a cute pledge class!
Good job everyone! I should probably stop procrastinating now

Gamma Phi- I think it's weird when they show girls posing for pictures a lot. Maybe 1-2 flashes is fine I guess but that's what the actual picture is for, not the video. Not specific to gamma phi, pretty sure they all did it. Like the hugging shots. Confetti was fun. Girls they showed prettier than expected. Started off bad, kind of forced and like they were trying to be something they aren't, but was fun by the end and felt more natural. I didn't see anything wrong with what they were wearing, like everyone else.

Yes, super-sweet Panhellenic replies! Every chapter has strengths and weaknesses. I loved the House Mom in the Kappa video too!

they just havent released them yet. DG posted a clip of something that looked like a bid day video on instagram, they'll probably release one soon

My eyes had a hard time adjusting to all the camera moving shots. Had to fast forward a bit as I was getting dizzy. Looks like they had a fun bid day though!
