fraternity tiers?

What are fraterities looking like from the '14 year? Any changes expected? Consider social calendar, political involvement, and looks?
Thinking it's like:
Pike/Phi Sig/Delts
Theta Chi/Phi Delt/Kappa Sig
Kappa Alpha/.... ???

Kappa sig is on the same line as Zbt and Chi Phi. Chi Phi is the best of the 3. Phi Delt is not better than theta chi, don't let a nice house fool you. KA has fallen, but they are still one of the better fraternities on this campus.

I disagree. I think both chi phi and kappa sig are better than zbt and I think kappa sig is better than chi phi now. Theta chi is my favorite fraternity honestly but I was trying to be objective. I would happily move theta chi up with ato phi delt and phi tau. I don't think KA is a good fraternity. The guys have always been kind of stuck up and they're nonexistent on campus. Irrelevant.

Homecoming pairings don't define tiers they still chill with Phi Mu and other sororities,,,they just fold paper with Sig Delt

HC pairs speak volumes. Some girls in top/upper sororities can be spotted at lower frat houses, but a HC pair says that the entire sorority voted and is okay being associated with you.

What about the rest of the fraternities? SigEp, Phi Kap, etc. are mid tier too I'd think, with Beta / ZBT etc. on bot
