When do rush events start for fraternities and are there any parties I can meet some of the guys at?

Fraternities are not restricted from rushing at any time. Many of them have informal parties where you can meet the brothers. I guess the best way is to go on their local website and contact the rush chairman or president.

Most frats here at FSU are pretty open and welcoming to potentials. Scope out the few you want to check out and think you'll mingle well with, pick up a 6 pack, and head over to the house. There's always guys hanging out. If you go around to the back door they'll let you in and you just gotta take it from there. Best of luck m8
