The recruitment chair came and introduced herself to me in one house too. And in another house a girl came and introduced herself really fast then walked off. Idk who she was though

Generally a good thing. Usually done for legacies, maybe if the girl has a good rec, or someone they are particularly interested in for whatever reason. But each house is different. They may just have the president and recruitment leaders circling saying hi to girls one by one.
