getting bid from sorority you didn't want

What will you do if you end up getting a bid to your last choice sorority? Will you wipe away your tears and make the best of it and accept it, or will you rush again next fall?

Cry at Papa Johns on campus. And after gobbling down some garlic rolls, I will realize that Zeta isn't that bad and DG wasn't meant for me.

I didn't. I suicided and was released and joined the next year and into a sorority I love. Was just more prepared and less awkward haha. But that doesn't happen for everyone. I encourage you to give them more of a chance, you've only been through one round. Wait till pref day to make that kind of decision!

On your last day after pref you rank your remaining houses in the order of the places you want a bid from the most. Do not put down a house you would not accept a bid from. If you're unsure of the house, I encourage you to put it down and try it out if you get the bid. But be prepared for the chance that you are "released from recruitment" if you choose to "suicide" and leave a sorority off your list.
