There are no guidelines for tiers. You can't possibly think this is worse or better than grouping them into top or bottom, it makes 0 sense. People have done it both ways for years. Generally this ranking is correct except DG is only top because of years past. No one thinks they are good anymore. Many girls last year cut DG and chose mid tier over them. Maybe they can turn it around . DDD and Theta climbing consistently.
