Top: Pike, Delt, Phi sig, Phi delt, ATO, KA, Phi tau
Mid: theta chi, Pi Kapp, Kappa Sig, Chi phi, SAE, Sig ep
Lower mid: Aepi, ZBT, Sigma pi
Bottom: Fiji, phi psi, ad phi, beta, Tke, delta chi

No. The top 3 are Pike, Phi Sig and Delta. The next most likely to rise are ATO, PKT or Phi Delta. KAS is a good fraternity but not a top fraternity regardless of how many times and how many different ways they want to post it on here. Using the above scale, you can't go wrong by joining ANY of those first 13 listed.

Subtle SAE self promo. You guys can't replace ZBT in the middle tier when they have a house and are involved and your house is falling apart and you couldn't even get a homecoming partner. Theta Chi is also upper tier they're great at IMs and interact with the best sororities so this list is flawed

SAE a mid tier when they can't even get a homecoming partner. Swap them and ZBT and push Theta Chi up, then this post will be somewhat accurate like the person above stated.
