Okay I'm getting tired of this. ZBT yes you have a nice house and are improving but you are not mid tier. You improved from bottom to lower-mid tier but like someone else said you're still a punchline at FSU. Couple more years like last year and you could be considered mid. Your pledge classes were not that great last year lol idk why everyone keeps saying that. Sorry but this is the truth

Everyone I know that went to ZBT this past year had mostly positive things to say so they're at most middle tier, definitely not lower and definitely not higher

Damn this is a low blow to them. They worked hard all year and improved a lot. Why are you trying to take that away from them? Of course they aren't the best and can improve a lot, but so could everyone. Seems like an unnecessary jealous attack

They don't do pledging Op, and their rush classes were both filled with really nice guys. More and more girls are liking ZBT because they don't pressure girls to hookup with them unlike some of the other fraternities on this campus. Girls that arent good enough for top tier fraternities can go their and have a good time, and it's those same girls who are all over Greek rank giving them the thumbs up.
