tiers

On this website it seems like all people care about is tiers. But during recruitment everyone says "Pan Love." (Guess the same goes for frats?) clearly there's a line drawn..people on the site say only people here care about tiers and don't care about them once you're in the sorority. Yet I'd say the majority of this site is in a Greek organization and very much cares about tiers.....kinda ironic

People just get competitive around rush. Once that's decided, people don't care. It's not like it affects your interactions with anyone

It affects interaction socially with other frats and sororities. You don't see ADPi having socials with Delta Chi for example.

Good point. I meant more like on a one on one basis. But yes it can affect who you get for your homecoming partner and who you have socials with. My sorority tries to have 1-2 socials with a "lower" fraternity a semester though

Tiers affect social life regarding which organizations u interact it with socials and functions. Other than that it means nothing
