Here's my list.
Top:
Pike
KA
DTD
Upper Middle:
ATO
Phi Delt
Kappa Sig
Middle:
Pi Kapp
Theta Chi
Phi Tau
Sig Ep
Phi Sig
Chi Phi
SAE
Lower middle:
AEPi
Fiji
Sigma Pi
ZBT
Bottom:
Phi Psi
Beta
Teke
DX
ADPhi
I put Pike as undisputed top, but personally think KA is underrated and should be #1 (plus they are way more exclusive, and it is much harder to receive a bid). The middle tier is tricky, that's just my order as I see it. That doesn't mean it's right to everyone. Lower middle is pretty irrelevant, but not as bad as the houses in bottom. Those bottom two tiers are in no particular order.

My sisters and I always went to ZBT, Chi Phi, and Kappa Sig and had a great time at all of their tailgates and parties. All 3 have different types of guys but for the most part they're all kinda equal now. Kappa Sig stepped it up this year their new house helped

Coming from a pi kapp they're literally better than sig ep on all acounts lol so chill with the sig ep promos, you guys are irrelevant and you know it.

I've been to ZBT all year for tailgates and parties and they definitely aren't a "punchline" worry about your own organization
