Here's my list.
Top:
Pike
KA
DTD
Upper Middle:

Phi Delt

Middle:
Pi Kapp
Theta Chi
Phi Tau
Sig Ep
Phi Sig
Chi Phi

Lower middle:

Fiji
Sigma Pi
ZBT
Bottom:
Phi Psi

I put Pike as undisputed top, but personally think KA is underrated and should be #1 (plus they are way more exclusive, and it is much harder to receive a bid). The middle tier is tricky, that's just my order as I see it. That doesn't mean it's right to everyone. Lower middle is pretty irrelevant, but not as bad as the houses in bottom. Those bottom two tiers are in no particular order.

"Exclusive"? Just because you're small doesn't mean you're 'exclusive'. And KA's not very small with 150 members. If you're not already the KA 'type' you're not going to get a bid. But the same is true of Pike and Delt. If you don't look like a Pike when you walk in the door you might as well stay in the parking lot. And Delt is known for having the most demanding pledge process. If you want to be a Delt you better be prepared for the sacrifice.
I won't disagree that KA is a good house, but you never hear of them or see them. You've got Phi Sig ranked too low. You may not like their style but they've got the muscle and the numbers and the sorority connections.

Definitely true.. Most of the fraternity guys in top tiers here wouldn't be in a top tier at almost any SEC school.. FSU doesn't have great traditional fraternity chapters dating back to the late 1800s due to the fact that the university used to be an all girl school. Most guys here are just a bunch of wanna-be's, with zero idea what a real fraternity really is like

I would love to see how FSU Pike's would compare to Alabama DKE's and SAE's and Ole Miss Sig Nu. They would laugh so hard.

Instead of comparing FSU fraternities to eachother, I would love to see a thread about where FSU as a whole stands with other schools' Greek life. That would be interesting!

I would put ATO and Phi Delt above Phi Tau/Theta Chi but other than that this is pretty solid

This is such a dumb way to post the tiers. Kappa Sig isn't better than SigEp. Sae is not with ZBT, ZBT is the same as Chi Phi. KA isn't that high. You can't organize them individually a lot of these frats are equal.

LOL if FSU was a southern SEC school every fraternity would be bottom tier, except KA, they MIGHT be lower middle.
