rush dress code

As far as actual dresses go, how modest do they need to be? Like can I wear a sundress with an open back or should it be nicer than that?

For rounds 3-4 when you can wear sundresses an open back would be fine, for Perf though you want it to be nicer and more formal, just think that each round is nicer/fancier than the last.
