They are not my kind of guys, but I know a lot of girls like them, especially because of their wild parties. They are going to be houseless soon, so not sure where they will be next year at this time.

I'm a girl and phi sig is one of my least favorite fraternities. But they are still top, i'd say below pike and delt though.

Even though they're considered one of the top, I wouldn't recommend them because they don't even have a strong brotherhood. Every pledge class is hates each other due to how they haze each other and each class also has a vastly different personality
