traditionally white sororities

I will be starting at FSU as a freshman but I will be starting in the spring. I would like to do spring rush when I get there. However, most of the top sororities are traditionally white and I was wondering if they would ever give a Hispanic or black person a chance to join them? For example, tridelta, kappa delta etc. You can be honest. I would just really like to know if I have a chance.

First of all there are only a handful of houses that take spring pcs, mostly those who need to fill in from seniors that left etc.
