Middle: Pi Kapp/Sig Ep/ZBT/Chi Phi/ Kappa Sig
Lower: SAE/AEPi
Bottom: Phi Psi/Delta Chi/ Sigma Pi/ ADPhi/Beta/FIJI/TKE

Really like the way that this is organized. Best tier system on this website. I like it because no one is really in front of one another, they're groupied by "top,upper, middle, bottom" which means within those they could be interchanged...at least that's what I get from this. Depending on how this next year goes I see maybe two or three fraternities in the middle tier boost up one, but we'll see

Do you think it's possible though for ZBT and Chi Phi to be considered upper tier by next fall? They both put in really hard work this past year and definitely made a name for themselves, but I'm not sure if they can be considered "upper" in just one more year. Maybe 2 years for sure. They would need to have AMAZING pledge classes and have killer parties and involvement in everything. If they top this past year then maybe it's possible, but I think it'll take 2 more years instead of one

Nothing is impossible and I don't put it past either of them, but it'll be difficult after one year. Maybe 2

I definitely agree. The interesting thing about ZBT is how much they have improved. This time last year I don't remember hearing much of anything about them. They seemed worse off than Chi Phi. This fall class will be huge for them.

what you said really needs to reitterated. Just because fraternities are on the same line or tier, does mean that they are all the same. Each one is very different, however, they are still within that tier. Many people have different preferences. For example I know people that love Phi Tau and hate ATO, yet they are pretty equivalent. I know people that love PiKapp but hate Kappa Sig even though they are in the same tier. It really depends on opinion for personal preference. But yes, it is possible for fraternities to be in the same tier despite them being different. All 3 of the top tiers are EXTREMELY different
