psa about rush

This might get long but here goes:

I'm tired of seeing posts tearing organizations down to bring others up. Obviously "tiers" and reputations are unavoidable and also unfortunate, but PNMs, please get off this site, it'll actually ruin your rush experience. Go into it with an open mind, making a wrong choice because of preconceived ideas about "tiers" can ruin your rush experience, it can break your heart when you don't get the house back no matter how sure you were of the house, and it can just ruin how you will feel about the house later on. Don't make yourself like or hate a house because of the reputation. Go where you feel comfortable, stop worrying about what other people will think. Bring out the good side in you, show how involved you are, show your personality, be nice, smile, don't be rude even if you don't want that house back. And at the end of the day, live your values because all that matters is who will be by your side and who you will truly be able to call your sisters for life.
