fsu rush

I signed up for rush & it asked for one picture & a resume. My aunt told me that they basically know who they want before rush based off of the picture and resume. Is this true & if so I'm kind of terrified because my picture wasn't great

omg no this isn't true at all, don't worry about your picture too much we don't really even get to see them
