sorority recruitment

As a PNM going into sorority recruitment in the fall, I've heard a lot of vague/kind of fake seeming answers about what sororities are actually looking for during recruitment. Most of what I've heard is be yourself, which I will do, but like what exactly do they base their decisions off of?

involvement, grades, personality, interest in the sorority, etc.

100% be you, but also go into how who you are and what you're like can benefit their chapter.
