Strong alumnae support & a lot of paying members? Alpha phi and aopi are the newest sororities on campus, and my guess is that their houses are around 5-6 million dollars each? I might be completely wrong but in the end it costs a lot of money. Also, chapters like kappa with the small houses have just been on campus for longer. It's not like they can destroy their current house and just build a new one lol.
