What is the story behind the abandoned house next to pi kapp? Who had it last? Why is it so messed up? Is anyone trying to move into it/does any frat own it?

Used to be delta chi' back in the day. Not sure what's going on with it rn, would be a sick house after renovations tho

It is owned by the guy that owns Pots. Beautiful in its day. It has potential but would cost a ton to fix up. You can see the house featured in T-Pains "Take Your Shirt Off" video on you tube.

It was Gamma Phi's old house before their current one

I dont think that is true. Gamma Phi is in their one and only FSU house, pretty sure.

It used to be Phi Kappa Psi's house back in the day, it was never Delta Chi's. But I believe that Beta is going to be renovating it and putting the money in to make it theirs
