This past year they stepped it up with great pledge classes in the fall and spring. Changed their whole dynamic I actually enjoy going now with my sisters compared to how they were 2 years ago

Theta chi is not on the same level as Phi tau, I can see Phi Delt with Phi Tau and maybe ATO down in front of theta chi depending on their pledge class.

You're right theta chi is BETTER than phi tau. Theta chi is consistently the most liked fraternity. Their guys are actually respectful and still know how to have fun.

Dz is not on xo's level LOL. 1 good pledge class doesn't do that sorry. Dz was terrible a year ago.

No they were not? I've been here for years and they have never been with xo and axo. Dz lost like half of their sorority a year or two ago from being on probation and shot downward from mid tier to bottom after having to give out mass bids that spring.
So far I've been an alpha phi and a phi mu. Nor am I an xo, before that gets said. Sorry dz. I think they got a great pledge class and with a 1-2 more can make some moves, but they are not near xo currently. I actually like dz, but xo has been consistently solid for a long long time.

All I know about alpha delta phi was that was the fraternity of the guy Ryan Uhre that went missing last year and was found to have fallen off the roof of an abandoned downtown building.
