Dz isn't better than Phi Mu if anything they're on the same level and totally interchangeable depending on views.

found this is so interesting for having predictions for next fall already. nobody ever mentioned this on this sight before so its something to think about for sure...
I agree i think ATO is going to decline if they keep up their attitude towards things...just something for them to think about. KA will probably go down one and Phi Delt for sure will go up a tier. ZBT and/or Chi Phi will probably replace KA since theyll go down one and Phi Delt since theyll go up one. Itll be interesting to see how this year goes for those 4 fraternities mainly because Chi Phi, Phi Delt, and ZBT all had an amazing 2014-2015 year...Theta Chi might be able to jump one if they have a great rush, which i wouldnt put past them tbh.
TriDelt will probably make the elite 3 an elite 4. ADPi probably wont decline tbh...they arent stupid and realized this past year wasnt their best so im sure theyll be more on top of things this coming year. DZ and Phi Mu will for sure go up. Sig Delt and Kappa both had a great year too and will probably take the spots of DZ and Phi Mu if they both go up to join PiPhi and Chi O.
just something to think about it. nobody should attack me for this since this isnt even the correct tiers yet...just my personal prediction based on how i think this next year will go!

Personally I think Phi Tau and Delt should switch places. The only thing that keeps Delt as high as it is is the name "Delt" and how they've always been preconceived. When it comes down to it Phi Tau throws better parties and has less creepy and better look guys

I disagree. Delt is a much better fraternity than phi tau. Phi tau just has a bunch of tools that only care about partying now. Think they're better than they are.
