alphabetical order because sororities can be switched around within tiers based on personal preference:

Elite: DG, KD, ZTA
Top: AXO, DDD, Theta
Upper Mid: ADPi, XO, Pi Phi
Mid: DZ, Pi Mu, Alpha Phi
Lower Mid: KKG, Gamma Phi, SDT
Bottom: AOPi, AGD

Looks like Mid, lower mid and bottom are in order of rank not alphabetical order. I think this post is accurate.

With so many sororities at FSU this is probably the best way to do the tiers. I would switch DZ and Phi Mu...IMO
