SIf Ep down one, Phi Delt up one, ZBT up one, bring TKE to the bottom wow this is so awful. To all potential rushees this most definitely is NOT the tier system

Phi Delt is better than Pi Kapp

ATO is good but not in the same league as Pike.
Delt and Phi Sig are top chapters. Pike probably is in its own class.
All are good fraternities.
