frat houses

by: Fack tha Gators

It's pretty cool that FSU has 3 of the biggest frat houses in the country, but why did Pike, Phi Delt, and ZBT get those houses? Is it random or luck? I just don't understand how some have the Heritage shacks, then the Heritage mansions, then the small on campus houses? Can someone give me some insight on how their houses were chosen or is it just history in where they originally settled? Also ATOs setup is really cool having 6 different houses. Is it true they might knock them all down and build one huge house with a breezeway over Pensacola street connecting them?

I really have no idea tbh but I know a lot of fraternities want to get out of there. I know theta chi especially is trying to get onto campus. I heard that they could be taking AGD's house if they lose it but idk for sure. Supposedly aoii got the last lot left on campus for construction but there's rumors that the lot next to alpha phi could be used to build more houses

Is AGD in danger of losing their house? They have been there for decades.

Highly doubt AGD is going to lose that house since they've been there from the beginning. WHOS trying to build between ZBT and Pike and who owns the land next to Phi Delt?

Nobody owns the land between ZBT and Pike, however it would be a great location for another house. SigEp owns the land next to Phi Delt

Theta Chi owns the land between ZBT and Pike but have yet to do anything with it, SigEp owns the lot next to Phi Delt but can't do anything with it because it's dangerous and unfit to build a house on.

PIke alumni chose the location for the house and funded it to be built back when Pike came back on campus in 2001

theta chi most definitely does NOT own the land between Pike and ZBT. currently Heritage owns that land and does not have it for sale

Theta Chi actually does own that land. So much for trying to sound smart.
