Saying Sig Ep Chi Phi ZBT and AEPi are "lower tier" is completely bs lol. Sig Ep didn't do much this year and AEPi isn't on their level at all, but Chi Phi and ZBT did a full 180 turn around from last year so labeling them as "lower" tier would be wrong
