Pike - lot of facey guys in good shape, but also some that aren't your typical jacked dbag. Pretty involved in sga, good at sports, great sorority relations, know how to have fun of course, good philanthropy
Delt - very very soflo (if you wear joggers and chucks, rush here lol), good sorority relations, know how to party, good house location, won IM's this year I believe, Delt recon was very fun
Phi Sig - also very soflo, good sorority relations, know how to have a good time, great house location next to pots, however, FIJI will be taking it back next summer, had a good time at their Pig roast, great philanthropy
ATO - rising, good house location, not very involved, know how to have a good time
Phi Tau - Another soflo frat, heritage shack but they know how to have fun with it, involved, know how to have a good time, but will most likely be stuck in heritage for a long time with all their renovations they did, good sorority relations
KA - your traditional southern guys, not very involved, I don't even know what their philanthropy is actually... Sooo not very philanthropic imo, know how to have fun tho
Theta Chi - pretty diverse group of guys, some really good looking but some goobers, heritage shack so that sucks, very involved, good philanthropy, know how to have a good time, desperado was very fun, good at sports
Pi Kapp - kind of a southern vibe imo, good house location, fun tailgates, don't know their philanthropy tho
