I am just amazed that even with threats of Panhellenic action, you guys really won't stop ranking. What if our sorority HQ wants to come down on us? Then what? Not only are we representing FSU, but we're also representing century old organizations. Pretty sure our founders would have kicked us out if they were alive to see all of this.

I wouldn't say bitter, I'm an ExGreek by choice (and was in one of the "top 5"), but would I like a refund? ya! :)

All you girls/guys bashing sororities is making our University look AWFUL. It's embarrassing really. I doubt anyone will want to join Greek life after seeing how disgusting everyone is towards to each other. Grow up and stop bashing people to make yourselves feel better.

I'm not going to tell you that you're a horrid person for saying those things about greek life, bc a lot of it is true. The reason I stay greek is for the people I have met and the friendships I have made. I found some great friends in my sorority, and actually met my one of my best friends,in a diff sorority, at a fraternity party. I know that if I wasn't greek I would have never met some of these people. and sometimes, yeah sororities clash, but my best friend is a dg, and I couldn't ask to be friends with a sweeter and kinder person. But I do see where you're coming from, and there have been times when I have considered dropping...and there are times when I don't wear my letters, not bc I'm not proud of my soror., but bc I don't feel like dealing with..well..all of this.

I'm very excited for rush. Maybe our new girls will take our minds off of this stuff for a while, and we can focus on sisterhood.

that is precisely why i love my lower tier sorority. my sisters are amazing. plus, it's amazing being an attractive girl in a low sorority. wouldn't trade it for anything.

I guarantee you its going to have a negative impact. Do you know how many girls are signed up? not enough...not even close

Just so everyone knows right now there is less than 600 girls signed up for recruitment, and that is way less than usual since it starts in 3 weeks. This site is going to hurt every chapter on campus if girls will not rush because they dont want to be part of the drama exemplified here.

Maybe more girls wont be dropped now. There are so many late sign ups as it is.

Just to let you all know on the positive side..I am at FSU for Summer session C, and since I've been here I've become good friends with about 10 girls. We've been to some of the frat parties and have been to Pots a couple of times and on the strip once (I have to say that the strip was not the place for me, it kind of scared me), but I did have a lot of fun at Pots..All of the girls that I've met are registered to rush and we are keeping an open mind. We had already heard the rumors before even reading this site..but we'll decide for ourselves on which sorority is the right one for us, if any. I myself have met KD's and DDD's and they didn't say anything mean about anyone. I don't know if this site has anything to do with low registration or not, but it could be because less freshman were accepted this year into FSU and it could be the poor economy situation.
