If I get no invites back for pref day, is it possible for another sorority to pick me up that liked me, but I had cut earlier or vice versa?

why would a house want you if you cut them? you should only cut houses that you don't believe will suit your personality or interests, not based on looks or reputation.

you don't cut...you rank

If you're a PNM you shouldn't be looking for answers on a site like this... once recruitment begins your Rho Gamma will be able to answer any questions you have and do it UNBIASED!

You said you don't cut, you rank..so when it's time for me to rank my choice of 7 sororities that I like and the same 7 sororities invite me back for the next round..then the others that rank me low are obviously cutting me..

example: you visit all 15 houses the first two days, during ice waters. you are going to put your top 12 (or however many, im not sure if its still that number) in one column, unranked. then, in the second column, you are going to RANK your bottom three. that way, if one of your top 12 doesnt invite you back, you will go to your #1 house on your bottom three list (if they have invited you back).

it isn't until the final day (pref day) that you will rank your top 3 houses.

trust me, it will make more sense when you are doing it, and your rho gamma will explain ALL of this to you, and more! the system works out, don't worry! so be yourself and follow your instincts. dont listen to what is on this site! good luck, and GET EXCITED!!! :)

I really like this site! I'm going to bond with my sisters more than ever now!

I happen to be in top tier sorority and yeah looks play a big role on who gets in or not, but I absolutely love all of my sisters and have had no negative experiences with anyone.

Everything depends on the person; some people might LOVE being in a top sorority and others might not have as great of an experience. It has nothing to do with the girls, its a persons personal reference. Insulting my sisterhood isn't really the way to go though. If not all sisters in a sorority get along it makes sense; its not possible to put 100 girls in a house and expect that someones not going to step on someone elses toes at one point or another.
